Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.
For Services No refunds unless session is cancelled 24 hours prior to session
No refunds are available on special orders.
For Stock items, a 10% re-stock fee will be charged if products are in new condition.
Refunds will be processed through same payment mode as initial payment. and can take up to 30 days to reflect on customers account. No exceptions.
Shipping amount is not refundable.
Refunds for Demo Program:
80% of the amount paid is considered as a "security deposit" & will be refunded once the clubs have been returned in proper condition*. (refer below)
20% of the amount paid is considered as a "service charge". If you choose to make a purchase based on the demo experience (within 2 weeks from return pickup), the entire service charge will be refunded. Shipping charge is inclusive of the aforementioned service charge / 20%.
