Terms / Conditions on Product Sales and Services

General: Payment and Delivery

1. Special orders may take up to 6 weeks 

2. Delivery charges are extra 

3. Delivery Time: Normally 2 weeks; unless otherwise specified or special order

4. Deposit: 100% at time of order placement

5. Warranty: Manufacturer Warranty applies on all good and varies.

Services:

1. All bookings must be paid for prior to session

Cancellations/Refunds

1. For Services No refunds unless session is cancelled 24 hours prior to session

2. No refunds are available on special orders

3. For Stock items a 10% re-stock fee will be charged if products are in new condition.

4. Refunds will be processed through same payment mode as initial payment. No exceptions.
