Cancellations/Refunds

1. For Services No refunds unless session is cancelled 24 hours prior to session

2. No refunds are available on special orders. 

3. For Stock items a 10% re-stock fee will be charged if products are in new condition.

4. Refunds will be processed through same payment mode as initial payment. and can take up to 30 days to reflect on customers account. No exceptions. 

5. Shipping amount is not refundable.
